It is not your mama’s breathwork! It is PACHAmama’s!!!—reconnecting you to the heartbeat and pulse of Mother Earth.
SHAMANIC Breathwork is a powerful & transformative healing modality that incorporates *holotrophic breathing in 1-1 or group settings with the guidance of a trained facilitator, often while lying down.
*Holotrophic breathing involves breathing through the nose and mouth, alternating between slow, full and deeply rhythmic breaths and highly accelerated deep breathing for sustained periods of time (i.e. for an hour or more).
Holotrophic breathing, as opposed to shallow breathing or hyperventilating, due to anxiety or stress, CALMS and RESETS the nervous system.
There are many variations of breathwork, and what sets SHAMANIC BREATHWORK apart from other Breathwork modalities is that it incorporates the following: touch, stretches, shamanic instruments, a tribal playlist or live instruments that often correspond with the 7 main chakras of the body, high-vibrational “cantos”/songs, & therapeutic essential oils.
All of these elements assist in moving stagnant and stuck energy, as well as engaging all of the senses. This is particularly important when trauma has resulted in a numbed, desensitized, or fragmented body.

"I came to Susan because I was experiencing persistent neck pain that just wouldn't go away no matter what I did.
Susan led me through a special technique along with intuitively guided questions that brought up a surprising awareness about my neck pain. My neck pain immediately went away! ...as if by magic!"
I awoke with a pain worse than ever. I had severe sciatica pain and I could not walk. I called Susan to cancel my appointment with her.
However, Susan said it was really important to keep the appointment because my body was primed and ready for the Breathwork Journey. I trusted her and chose to keep my appointment.
During the session, at one point, my body locked up, but Susan coached me back into flow with my breath. I began spitting up and so much phlegm was being dislodged. I went through almost a box of Kleenex! I felt like the phlegm had been lodged in my chest--my chest/heart space felt so much clearer and lighter after my session.
And the biggest surprise was that 55 minutes later, I was able to walk!!!
And I received so much clarity as to the emotional connection with the sciatica pain I had been experiencing for weeks!
I felt safe with Susan and did not feel embarrassed by all that was coming up!! Susan maintained such a loving and nurturing presence, commending me for being able to let go...and guiding me throughout the journey.
What a miracle. I cannot say enough about the magical power of BREATHWORK! You have to try it to believe it!
